Boca Falls Club is private venue conceived and operated by Alex Jaramillo a Boca Falls resident, passionate golfer and passionate realtor with Balistreri Real Estate

1. Alex (AJ) has been a Boca Falls resident since 2002. For years he has believed that this community does not market enough the closeness to possibly the best public golf course in south Florida.

2. As a homeowner AJ would benefit from increased home values if the community became more appealing as a result of increased marketing: “Boca Falls is a country club living without the dues”

3. AJ is an avid golfer, frequent player at Osprey Point Golf course and a periodic client of Don Law Golf Academy.

4. Boca Falls is the closest community to Osprey Point Golf Course and DLGA.

5. AJ believes that Boca Falls could benefit from enhancing the closeness to Osprey Point golf course and DLGA.

6. AJ is a realtor and would like to promote himself doing something genuinely good for the community. 

1. Promote golfing among members. 
2. Promotion of golf clinics for members or Boca Falls residents.
3. Watching golf tournaments together at Boca Falls club house or at a member’s home
4. Promotion of carpooling for families that want to share a ride to/from Boca Falls to DLGA
5. Negotiate discounts/benefits for BFGC members with the DLGA and other golfing venues.
6. Promote Boca Falls as “Country Club living without the dues” – enhance attractiveness of the community / enhance home values.
7. More activities members will decide.

Boca Falls Golf Club is a private venture created and managed by Alex Jaramillo – Realtor and Boca Falls resident since 2002 with the purpose of promoting golfing activities among the community, making the community attractive to more people and ultimately increasing the value of our homes
